About Dan Gray

After spending more than 23 years serving in the U.S. Coast Guard, I knew I wanted my next chapter to continue being about helping people. I was fortunate to be introduced to the mortgage industry by a friend who I now consider a mentor, and I quickly realized how naturally it fit with my background.

During my previous career, I spent years working with numbers, administration, documentation, and—most importantly—guiding people through processes that weren't always easy to understand. Those skills translated incredibly well into the mortgage world, where attention to detail matters, but so does taking the time to make sure people understand what's happening along the way.

I believe getting a mortgage shouldn't feel overwhelming or intimidating. My goal is to make the process simple, explain your options in plain English, and help you build a plan that makes sense for you—whether you're ready to buy today or just starting to think about it.

When I'm not talking mortgages, you'll probably find me spending time with my family and golfing.
